I’ve been a goalkeeper since the age of 5. I currently play at Step 3 in the Non-League Pyramid and have represented England Universities.

I hold a BSc in Sport & Health Sciences and an MSc in Business & Innovation Management from the University of Exeter, plus a Foundation Degree in Sports Coaching. At 16, I trained in an elite academy where pressure, performance, and consistency were everything.


I founded The GK Growth Consultancy to give goalkeepers the mindset coaching I wish I’d had growing up. This isn’t just about fitness — it’s about confidence, resilience, and overcoming fear after mistakes.

Backed by sports science and experience between the posts, my mission is simple: to shape goalkeepers into confident, mentally strong leaders — emotionally, mentally, and competitively.

I built a successful coaching business the traditional way - full diary, strong reputation, no way to earn more without working more hours.

That's exactly why I built a second revenue stream alongside my own coaching, and why I now do the same for other established coaches.

Do I need to build anything myself?

No. Everything is built for you - your programme structure, your coaching hub, your automations, and everything else. The only thing we need from you is the content that has to come from you specifically: recording your own coaching sessions and resources, since that's your expertise, not something we can create on your behalf.

How much time will this actually take me?

Realistically, a handful of hours across the whole process - one strategy call, plus recording your core sessions. Everything else, the building, the systems, the launch, is handled without needing your time.

What if I don't have time to record content right now?

That's worth being upfront about before we start - recording your core sessions is the one part only you have to do, so it needs to happen for the programme to launch on time. It's typically far less than people expect: most coaches record everything needed in a single afternoon.

Will this replace my current coaching?

No. This adds a second revenue stream alongside the coaching business you've already built - it doesn't change how you coach in person, and it isn't designed to replace your existing clients or sessions.

Who is this actually for?

Established coaches with a full diary and a genuine existing client base already - not people just starting out. If that's not you yet, this isn't the right fit, and we'd rather tell you that upfront than take you on regardless.

How is this different from just buying a course on building an online coaching business?

Do I need any technical skills or experience with online programmes?
